About the Best of the PNW Award
Nestled between the majestic Cascade and Olympic mountain ranges and bordered by the sparkling waters of Puget Sound, the Seattle area of the Pacific Northwest has cultivated a reputation for being a captivating haven that draws residents from all walks of life. We are thrilled to introduce the inaugural issue of Best in the PNW, a celebration of the local businesses, people and places our community loves most – as determined and voted on by you.
Best in the PNW is the culmination of months of regional nominations and voting to determine gold, silver and bronze winners in 282 categories. We received over 14,000 nominations from over 11,110 businesses. To land in the top three positions is a testament to the people’s choice. During voting we had 116,321 individuals cast ballots, and submitted 227,250 votes. We are awarding 722 businesses with 846 awards.
