“Reis Llaneza knows how hard it is to climb the ladder of success. The owner-operator of The Box on Wheels food truck — which parks in various Eastside locations throughout the workweek — was born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii, and had difficulty finding the right job after high school. Finally, his parents suggested cooking. Llaneza enrolled in a small culinary school and was hooked. He began working for different resorts on the islands, eagerly learning everything he could.”
